L & M Okubo Management & Services was born from a simple idea: El Paso families deserve quality rental homes managed by people who actually care. L and M — two El Paso natives — began managing their first properties in 2018, driven by a belief that good housing shouldn't mean sacrificing honesty, responsiveness, or fair pricing.

What started as a small portfolio of homes in West El Paso grew steadily, driven entirely by word of mouth. Tenants recommended us to friends. Property owners trusted us with their investments. One home at a time, we built a reputation in El Paso that no advertising campaign could buy.

Today, we manage homes across El Paso — from the Lower Valley to the Eastside, the Westside to Northeast El Paso — and every property in our portfolio is treated as if it were our own. We handle everything: finding qualified tenants, coordinating maintenance, and keeping owners informed every step of the way.
